First meeting of the Platform for Cooperation of the Mediterranean FLAGs

BlueSeeds organized on the island of Syros in Greece the first working group on MPA and socio-economic development for the Mediterranean FLAGs (Fisheries Local Action Groups).

During 3 days, 4 FLAGs coming from Greece and Croatia exchanged on socio-economic development issues related to Marine Protected Areas. This platform will be a tool for sharing solutions that make conservation compatible with sustainable economic activities and local development.
